Each Yoga Session consists of:

Ntathu’s Policy Guidelines
How Long Is A Lesson? Depending on your schedule each lesson last 60-75 minutes.
What Time Are Lessons Available? Private Lessons are available by appointment from 7.00 am to 3.00 pm Monday to Wednesdays. I specialise in Early Morning Yoga Lessons – the best way to jump-start your day and lunch-time classes for Corporate Companies and Community Organisations.
How Do I Pay? All Discount Packages are payable in advance. You can also pay in person at beginning of each new Package.
Pay-As-You-Go Lessons can be paid for at the end of each Private Lesson.
What’s Your Cancellation Policy? Cancellations and appointment changes may be made without charge as long as a clear twenty-four hours notice is given. However, for any cancellation or appointment change made with less than twenty-four hours notice, the full fee is payable
Payment for lessons is for the term booked. Any missed lessons can be made up within a three month term from the start of your Package.
Refunds will only be available in exceptional cases.
If for any unforeseen circumstances, Ntathu has to cancel a lesson within 24 hours she will endeavour to find another teacher to cover your lesson. If this is not possible or you would prefer not to have a cover teacher, the lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
