Well, gentle friends, here we are. 2018.
And here is a Morning Prayer you can use as part of your daily morning routine for self-care.
First, how is the year going for you?
Have set your intentions, goals, dreams, and aspirations to have your Best Year Ever?
If so, congratulations.
Having a vision, a sense of direction in where you are heading, helps you stay motivated, positive and focused.
If you don’t set New Year Resolutions, that’s also cool.
The main thing in life is to live your truth and find ways which help you grow and be your best.
For me, prayer, meditation, journalling and a personal home yoga practice are the tools I use to help me have the energy, drive, and sense of purpose to get up and be my best.
And if that’s your vibe, here is a short morning prayer you can use to support you find your truth and live the life you desire.
Take a few minutes to breathe and quietly read a Morning Prayer for Courage in 2018.
Morning Prayer For Courage in 2018
Blessed Divine Mother,
May I create time to breathe, to reflect, ponder and be still.
May I have the desire to go within, to pause, look at my failings and vow to move on.
May I create visions and work of magnitude that whips up the sand and leaves imprints in your heart.
May I be humble, recognise the greatness in all, even when their heart song beats different from mine.
May I learn to listen, to dance softly with my harp strings and cherish the skin I’m in.
May I see the beauty in the frenzy storms of life, have the strength to lift the crushed petals and gather the seeds of hope.
May my heart be strong, vision clear and heart tender like a dove.
I hope you enjoyed reading the Morning Prayer For Courage in 2018.
