Perfect for people who haven't exercised for a while and wish to get fit, ease aches & pains and feel stronger.
Classes are held at Torridon Road Library, Torridon Road, Catford, SE6 1RQ
Every Thursday from 11.30 a.m to 12.30 p.m
Cost: FREE (or small donation to Library Community Fund)
Please wear comfortable clothes which you can gently stretch in.
It is ok to wear trainers/comfortable shoes or just wear your socks.
And don't worry about being not being "super fit" or sitting cross-legged on the floor!
All the exercises are done sitting on a chair and the yoga poses are basic yoga poses adaptes for people who haven't exercised for a while or recovering from illness and looking for simple health building exercises to get stronger and feel better.
