Ideal if you are looking for a gentle wind-down and quiet space to rest and revive after a busy week stress, boost your energy and clear your mind.

When? Fridays’ – 6.45 pm – 8.00 pm
Where? St. Andrew’s Church, Brockley Road, Brockley, London SE4 2SA
Cost: £10 per class
(Five pounds for students/low income and 60+)
